Angel Spirits 2019 Wall Calendar: The Art of Sulamith Wulfing Details
About the Author Sulamith Wülfing was born in Germany in 1901. Her family was very spiritual, and her earliest memories include seeing the angels, gnomes, and small delicate creatures that later populated her drawings. She had her first exhibition of paintings in 1923. During WWII she was forced to flee the Nazis with her son and mother, and the family experienced a number of tragic events before being reunited at Christmas in 1945. The years after the war were filled with intense artistic activity and publishing. Wülfing died in March 1989 at the age of 88.
